Farm Bowling

30 Oct

I recently purchased a bowling set at Target because I knew it would be a great motivator for child participation (and it was on sale!).  All I needed to do was figure out a song to go with it….

After a few head scratches, I created “FARM BOWLING”!

This intervention addresses the following goal areas:

  • Listening
  • Following two-step directions
  • Taking turns
  • Gross motor skills

Please feel free to download my song/directions/visuals by CLICKING HERE!

17 Oct Today I Ate a Rainbow

As mentioned in a previous post, I had the honor of being asked to be a guest contributor on the Today I Ate a Rainbow” blog, run by the lovely Kia Robertson….and guess what!?  The article and accompanying video are now officially posted!!!

Hop on over to her website and check it out!  Better yet, check out her site every day this week, as she is posting one of my videos each day, along with my free .pdf lyrics sheet (available on Friday).  I’m beyond excited to be on her blog, as I truly admire what she is doing for both parents and kids: promoting healthy eating in a fun, approachable way with videos, Rainbow kits, and more!!
